Doctor reportedly shot by patient at VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach

A patient at the VA Medical Center reportedly shot a doctor inside the emergency room Wednesday night.

The patient, a double amputee, shot the doctor in the neck, according to CBS 12. The doctor was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center and is expected to survive.
