Mayor de Blasio’s war on carriage horses has a new battlefield.

The city on Friday will begin forcing Central Park buggy drivers off their hack lines on 59th St. — where they’ve picked up rides for more than a century.

Drivers fear the city will start writing them pricey tickets if they rebel....
