A man shot dead and found atop a pile of garbage in Brooklyn was identified by cops on Sunday.
The body of Malik Russell, 29, was found on Chauncey St. near Thomas S. Boyland St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 4:45 a.m. Saturday.
