Planned Parenthood and ACLU suing Missouri over restrictive abortion ban

Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union are suing Missouri over its eight-week abortion ban bill.

The suit seeks to overturn the law signed by Gov. Mike Parson in May that halted abortions after the eight-week mark, reported Kansas City TV station WDAF.
