Los Angeles firefighter earned $360,000 in overtime last year as devastating Woolsey Fire and other blazes plagued California

Los Angeles city firefighters and police officers earned an average of $27,737 each in overtime pay last year — with one firefighter making $360,000 above salary, a new report from the city’s comptroller says.
