Brooklyn teen accused of attempted murder was released, then arrested for robbery

A teenager out supervised release on an attempted murder charge was arrested a month later for robbery, the Daily News has learned.

Wayne Harshfield, 16, is charged with dragging Bogdan Mikhailov from his pick up truck along a block in Gravesend on Oct. 12, authorities said.
