A Delaware man was found fatally shot in the face in the hallway of a Brooklyn housing development Monday afternoon, cops said.
The wounded 35-year-old victim was found on the first floor of a building in the Farragut Houses, on Sands St. near the Brooklyn Bridge, just after 3:30 p.m., police said.
