Controversial director Woody Allen to release a memoir

A memoir penned by controversial filmmaker Woody Allen will hit bookshelves next month.

The book is called “Apropos of Nothing,” according to publisher Grand Central, which lists April 7 as the release date in Canada, Italy, France, Germany and Spain. It’s unclear when the memoir will sell stateside.
