A creep on a city bus in the Bronx exposed himself and then pushed up against a female rider, cops said Sunday night.
Police released a photo and video of the perv, who was riding on a Bx21 bus as it rolled north on Third Ave. in Melrose about 5:55 p.m. Feb. 24, cops allege.
