Rayshard Brooks’ killing ‘could have been any one of us’: Atlanta mayor

The recent high-profile killings of unarmed black men by police officers and vigilantes has set off a nation that’s fed up with violence, especially when it’s based on skin color. For Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms the homicide of Rayshard Brooks, 27, in a Wendy’s parking lot in her city was intensely personal, she said in a "Today" show appearance Tuesday.
