Advisory group proposes giving COVID-19 vaccine to people at high-risk first

A scientific advisory group said in a draft report released Tuesday that people with a higher chance of contracting COVID-19 or a greater risk of dying from the virus should be at the front of the line to receive a vaccine when it becomes available.
