Family of Black woman shot through window of Texas home files lawsuit against officer involved, city of Fort Worth

The family of Atatiana Jefferson, a 28-year-old Black woman who was fatally shot through the window of her Texas home last year, are suing Fort Worth and the former police officer charged in her death.
