Man who thought COVID-19 was 'no big deal’ now has a double lung transplant to show for it

First, Arthur Sanchez thought COVID-19 was no big deal. Then he lost his brother-in-law. The next day Sanchez got sick. So began a months-long journey for the Las Cruces, New Mexico man that entailed a five-month hospital stay with four months on a ventilator, and ended with a double lung transplant.
