4 arrested in helicopter crash that killed governor, her predecessor in Puebla, Mexico

Gov. Martha Érika Alonso, her husband, former Gov. Rafael Moreno, and three other people were killed after an Augusta 109 helicopter that was carrying them crashed 10 minutes after takeoff on Christmas Eve, 2018.
