Charges upped to capital murder for veteran who shot 11-year-old boy in Alabama turkey-hunting accident

A grand jury has upgraded charges against a Mobile, Alabama veteran and former middle school teacher whose bullet fatally pierced an 11-year-old boy last May during a turkey hunt.
