A woman in South Dakota’s Indian country used a rock to maim five people, three of whom lost at least one finger, in a sickening plot to obtain painkillers for herself, federal authorities said. Frenchone One Horn, also known as Frenchone Kills In Water, inflicted horrific injuries during a series of assaults from September 2018 to October 2019 so she could repeatedly get prescriptions for hydrocodone and other controlled substances, according to an indictment obtained by Daily News.
