A convicted fraudster who tried to dodge a prison sentence by faking a dramatic death from a steep West Virginia cliff — only to be found hiding in her closet two days later — will spend an extra year behind bars, prosecutors announced Wednesday. Julie Wheeler, 44, was about to be sentenced for health care fraud last spring when she and her family came up with the elaborate hoax.
