Police in Pennsylvania believe a 5-year-old child was playing with a loaded gun when a 3-year-old girl was shot to death inside their home Friday night. The circumstances leading up to the incident remain unclear, but Allegheny County detectives uncovered “strong evidence” that the shooting was accidental, authorities said.
