Former Arizona assessor sentenced to five more years in prison in illegal adoption scheme

The former Arizona county assessor who pleaded guilty to shipping shipped pregnant women from the Marshall Islands to the United States, then placed their babies up for adoption for a price will spend five more years behind bars, an Arizona judge ruled Friday.
