Oklahoma death row inmate should not get commutation hearing, top prosecutor says

The evidence in the case against an Oklahoma death row inmate is sound and the application for his commutation is riddled with “demonstrable falsehoods,” Oklahoma County’s top prosecutor maintained in a letter to the state’s Pardon and Parole Board.
