European Union agrees to reopen borders to vaccinated visitors and those from nations at low-risk for COVID

Summering in Paris might be a possibility. After more than a year of travel restrictions prompted by the global health pandemic, the European Union on Wednesday agreed to open its borders this summer to visitors who have been fully vaccinated with an approved shot as well as those coming from a list of countries considered safe from COVID-19.
