Federal Aviation Administration seeks to fine unruly passenger $52,500 in crackdown against problem fliers

The friendly skies are cracking down. The Federal Aviation Administration is proposing four penalties against unruly fliers ranging from $9,000 for a passenger who refused to wear a mask and cursed at flight attendants, to $52,500 for a man who tried to open the cockpit door and assaulted a flight attendant.
