Judge temporarily bans non-lethal force on nonviolent protesters after police response to George Floyd demonstrations in Ohio

The chaotic police response to racial injustice protests in Ohio’s capital city in the days after the death of George Floyd has resulted in a temporary ban on the use of tear gas, pepper spray, wooden bullets and other means of “non-lethal force” against demonstrators without appropriate provocation.
