Arizona judge approves $15 million settlement in a rape of incapacitated woman

An Arizona judge approved a $15 million settlement against Dr. Philip Gear, the doctor responsible for caring for an incapacitated woman who was raped and impregnated by a staff member at a Phoenix long-term care facility.
