Carnival loses $2.1 billion as battle against COVID continues, bookings also on the rise

Carnival Corp. revealed it has lost boatloads of cash since the coronavirus pandemic shuttered the cruise industry last spring, but noted recent bookings have been buoyed by travelers eager to hit the high seas as the world continues to heal.
