Grandparents’ landline keeps dialing grandson from collapsed Florida building — and there’s no one there

Arnie and Myriam Notkin have been missing for days since the Surfside Florida condo-building collapse early Thursday. But they’ve been calling family from the landline phone that rests next to their bed. Family members have received at least 16 calls, with nothing but static at the other end.
