Negotiated infrastructure bill has bright future, say Senate Republicans

The negotiated package of funding for roads and highways, electric vehicle infrastructure and transit systems has enough support among Republicans to pass the Senate, where it needs at least 60 votes, said Utah Republican Mitt Romney, one of the lawmakers who helped negotiate the compromise.
