Florida couple sues Catholic school for embracing ‘woke culture,’ teaching LGBTQ inclusion

In 2017, Anthony and Barbara Scarpo pledged $1.35 million to the Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa, Fl. Last week they filed a lawsuit asking their pledge be rescinded. They also seek a tuition refund, and want the school to stop calling itself Catholic.
