London tourist attraction falls flat as supposedly stunning manmade hill gets panned as pile of mud

It’s being called a $3 million hill of mud, and it closed almost as soon as it opened. A “bold, new ‘Marble Arch Mound’ temporary visitor attraction” – as described by the Oxford Street District website in London – was supposed to deliver stunning views and the chance to see its construction in action. But it closed two days after its debut.
