Wildlife officials seek name change for so-called Asian carp to strip term of racist overtones

Wildlife officials are moving to rename the so-called Asian carp, a group of four species originating in that continent but brought to the U.S. on purpose decades ago, with a moniker that doesn’t have racist overtones.
