Lawsuit accusing Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting teen girl at Playboy mansion should move forward, judge rules

Judy Huth’s sexual battery civil case against Bill Cosby finally has a trial date — after nearly seven years. A Los Angeles County judge on Friday said the case should go before a jury on April 18 as he kicked the aging lawsuit back into gear after it was put on hold by his Pennsylvania criminal case.
