Tropical storm Fred set to form, could aim at South Florida and Gulf

The sixth named storm of the 2021 hurricane season could form as early as Tuesday and take aim at Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and southern Florida, among other Caribbean spots, the National Hurricane Center said Tuesday.
