The foul-mouthed Washington woman caught on video berating, then allegedly abusing another shopper outside a Safeway grocery store in Astoria, Ore., has been charged with felony assault. A now-viral video of the incident, which police describe as “disturbing,” shows the alleged victim, Alyssa Cuellar, filming Moe Darling McLeod’s husband calling her a “little c--t” after reading a sticker on her vehicle that says “Abolish ICE,” the acronym for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
