Authorities find no explosives, only airsoft guns inside suspicious U-Haul in Washington, D.C.

The vehicle was first found in a parking lot along the Tidal Basin, U.S. Park Police said. One person has already been arrested, and another has been detained. Park Police are leading the investigation.
