Court orders Oklahoma university to reinstate transgender professor fired over gender identity

Rachel Tudor, a member of the Chickasaw Nation, said that after she came out as trans, the VP for academic affairs at Southeastern Oklahoma State University asked whether she could be fired because her “transgender lifestyle” offended his religious beliefs.
