Pharmacy owner gave COVID vaccine to kids as young as 7 in Puerto Rico: feds

The owner of a Puerto Rico pharmacy illegally administered COVID-19 vaccines to more than 20 kids under 12 years old, an age group that is not yet authorized to receive the shots, authorities said Monday.
