Driver was behind wheel in fatal Texas Tesla crash before fire engulfed it: NTSB

Someone was indeed behind the wheel of a Tesla when it crashed and burned outside Houston last April, killing two, the National Transportation Safety Board said Thursday, even though neither of the dead occupants was found in the driver’s seat.
