Florida nurse fired after mocking newborn with birth defect online, sharing photo on Instagram

"Your intestines posed (sic) to be inside not exterior baby," the now-former nurse Sierra Samuels wrote in one of the captions. She was terminated from Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital following an investigation.
