Russia’s Putin orders workers to stay home for a week, urges fellow citizens to get vaccinated as COVID spikes

A week after Russian President Vladimir Putin called for upping the coronavirus vaccination rate, he has ordered most of his fellow citizens to stay home from work as COVID-19 infections and deaths begin to soar.
