Los Angeles County agrees to pay $2.5 million to families of victims over photos of Kobe Bryant’s helicopter crash

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle lawsuits brought by the the families of four of the victims in the helicopter crash that also killed Kobe Bryant — which accused responding firefighters and deputies of sharing graphic photos they took on the scene.
