Man who traveled to space with William Shatner dies alongside other man in New Jersey plane crash

Software executive Glen de Vries, 49, and Thomas P. Fischer, 54, died when the single-engine Cessna 172 crashed near Lake Kemah in Sussex County, N.J., state police and the Federal Aviation Administration said.
