Oklahoma governor grants clemency to Julius Jones, halting his execution

Attorneys for death row inmate Julius Jones are desperately trying to forestall his execution, scheduled for Thursday afternoon, filing an emergency, 11th-hour request that the state hold off until Gov. Kevin Stitt weighs in on a clemency request.
