U.K. woman found guilty of punching girlfriend’s 16-month-old daughter to death

Savannah Brockhill, a 28-year-old amateur boxer and security guard, had been dating the toddler's mother, 20-year-old Frankie Smith, for 10 months before the fatal attack. Smith was found guilty of causing or allowing the death of a child.
