2-year-old drowning victim Emma Sweet died by homicide after dad didn’t attempt rescue: coroner

The death of a 2-year-old Indiana girl who was found dead in late November after her father’s car was submerged in a frozen lake has been ruled a homicide, according to the local coroner.
