Mother, brother of 5-year-old Damari Perry indicted for Chicago boy’s ‘brutal and heinous’ freezing shower death

A Chicago woman and her 20-year-old son have been indicted for murder after allegedly forcing her 5-year-old boy into a freezing shower as punishment, then dumped his body near an abandoned building.
