Friends hold vigil for 19-year-old trans woman fatally shot by her father

Kathryn “Katie” Newhouse was a 19-year-old Asian-American neurodivergent trans woman. She was killed by her father in their family home in Canton, Ga. Police say he later died by suicide using the same weapon.
