Hoverboarding teen lured Lily Peters into the woods and then killed her, criminal complaint says

The teen accused of killing 11-year-old Lily Peters allegedly hopped on his hoverboard and lured her into the Wisconsin woods where she later turned up dead, according to newly released court documents.
