$1 billion settlement approved in Surfside condo collapse

A judge on Thursday approved a $1.02 billion settlement for the victims and survivors of the Surfside, Florida condo collapse, one the eve of the one-year anniversary of the disaster that killed 98 people in the middle of the night.
