N. Carolina county orders museum to remove photo showing same-sex couple kissing to celebrate marriage proposal

The photo was taken during the 2019 Charlotte Pride Festival, right after Justin Colasacco popped the questions to his now-husband Ben Hipp in front of a cheering crowd.
