Driver who plowed truck into ex-girlfriend’s family suffered PTSD, sister says

A former national guardsman who drove his truck into his ex-girlfriend’s family and then opened fire with a shotgun suffered several mental health issues, including PTSD triggered by the time he served in Afghanistan, according to his sister.
